We respect your privacy and handle data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and, where applicable, GDPR.

What we collect

Account email and password (hashed). The device type, symptom text, and any photo you submit for a diagnosis. Purchase records. Basic, privacy-friendly analytics (page views, no cross-site tracking).

How photos are used

Photos you upload are used only to generate your diagnosis. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising. If an AI provider processes the image, it is sent only to generate your result.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@gadget.aiskillhub.info. We retain diagnoses to provide your history until you delete your account.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and an anonymous cookie to count free monthly diagnoses. No third-party advertising cookies.
