Refund & Cancellation Policy

Repair guide (₹299, one-time)

Because a repair guide is a digital product delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable once unlocked. However, if the guide fails to load, is clearly broken, or was charged in error, email us within 7 days at support@gadget.aiskillhub.info and we will refund you in full.

Repair-shop plan (₹999/month)

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal. The current paid month remains active until its expiry. If you were charged after cancelling, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
