FixMyRide AI ("we", "the Service") provides AI-assisted repair diagnosis for electric vehicles, gadgets and appliances. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Informational only — not professional advice

All diagnoses, steps, parts and prices are informational estimates generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for any repair you attempt. Working with lithium batteries, mains voltage, and moving parts is dangerous and can cause fire, injury, or death. When in doubt, consult a qualified, licensed technician.

2. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage, injury, loss, or cost arising from use of the Service, including damage to your device, property, or person. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.

3. Accounts & fair use

Free accounts include 2 diagnoses per calendar month. Paid guides and shop subscriptions are subject to the pricing shown at purchase. Do not abuse, scrape, or resell the Service.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay/Stripe. Prices are in INR (tax-inclusive) and shown in USD for reference. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Governing law: India.
